Network Benchmarking Services
Currently, the measurement of the quality of service telecommunications provider of enterprise mobility services is an issue of transparency in order for people to know the quality of service they are using. On September 17, 2012, VTC established the Telecommunications Testing Department according to the decision of the Director General no. 90/QĐ-TGĐ, and received the decision no. 391/QĐ-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications about designating the Telecommunications Testing Department serving the telecommunications quality management under the specialized management of the Ministry. The Telecommunications Testing Department are allowed to provide benchmarking services according to QCVN 34 and 36:2011/BTTTT.
With the human resources have many years experience and equipped with advanced measuring equipment, VTC will provide the mobile network operators accurate and high reliability measurement results, make recommendations, proposed to enhance service quality based on the analysis of the measured results.
